CONSOLATA HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES

Mission Statement:

The Consolata Healthcare Foundation's sole purpose is to raise funds to benefit and enhance the services of Wilson Memorial Hospital District.

Consolata is named for Sister Mary Theresa Consolata who originally managed Wilson Memorial Hospital along with the Sisters of Divine Providence.

The Foundation is currently focusing efforts on raising funds to purchase highway frontage signs to better direct patients and visitors to the medical center and the medical office building.  The Foundation will hold it's first fundraiser of 2007, the CHF Gaming Night, to raise money for this cause.  The Gaming Night will be held April 21, 2007 at the Maverick Golf Club banquet room in Floresville, Texas from 7 pm until midnight.  Tickets are $50.00 and can be purchased from any CHF board member or at the CHF office at the medical center.  Tickets include food, drinks and $2000 in chips for play that evening.  We will feature Texas hold 'em, blackjack, roulette and craps.  Silent and live auctions will feature items donated from local organizations and business and community members.

Your contribution to the CHF ensures continued growth of the foundation to benefit our patients and our community. For more information about the following giving opportunities, please contact Morgan Dunbar, executive director, at (830) 393-1315 .
